Dinner Tonight: Chicken Sausage and Broccoli

A quick shot of tonight’s dinner. Roaster Red Pepper and Spinach Chicken Sausage with Broccoli. Since I’ve transitioned to the paleo diet, I’ve probably eaten more chicken sausage than any other protein. The reason is simple: it is super easy to prepare.
The majority of chicken sausage found in stores is pre-cooked, and come in a number of varieties. Cut a few links into pieces, toss in a pan with some oil and you’re good to go. High in protein, low in carbs, tasty and easy to prepare. A paleo winner in my book.
