Today’s Paleo Breakfast: Turkey Burger with Eggs and Apple

Paleo Breakfast: It's not pretty...but it gets the job done.

No one said food had to look good to taste good. This morning I was in a bit of a rush, and I knew I was running low on food (I will probably do a grocery shop later today). I took a look in my kitchen and did a quick survey of what I could throw together for a quick paleo breakfast. I looked in the freezer, 1 turkey burger left. I looked in the fridge, 1 egg left (omega-3 infused of course). Don’t ask me why I only had 1 egg…just go with it. Time to go to work:

  1. Heat non-stick pan on med-hi heat
  2. Throw in turkey burger
  3. Heat 5 minutes on both sides…plop on plate
  4. Reduce heat to low
  5. Crack egg into pan
  6. Cook egg to your liking
  7. Scoop egg on top of turkey burger
  8. Add a few squirts of Frank’s Red Hot
  9. Garnish with organic red apple

Badabing badaboom. Paleo breakfast.
