Today’s Paleo Breakfast: Turkey Burger with Eggs and Apple

No one said food had to look good to taste good. This morning I was in a bit of a rush, and I knew I was running low on food (I will probably do a grocery shop later today). I took a look in my kitchen and did a quick survey of what I could throw together for a quick paleo breakfast. I looked in the freezer, 1 turkey burger left. I looked in the fridge, 1 egg left (omega-3 infused of course). Don’t ask me why I only had 1 egg…just go with it. Time to go to work:
- Heat non-stick pan on med-hi heat
- Throw in turkey burger
- Heat 5 minutes on both sides…plop on plate
- Reduce heat to low
- Crack egg into pan
- Cook egg to your liking
- Scoop egg on top of turkey burger
- Add a few squirts of Frank’s Red Hot
- Garnish with organic red apple
Badabing badaboom. Paleo breakfast.
